…for those with no warm memories.” One of the greatest movie quotes of all time. Deborah Kerr as Terry McKay states in “An Affair To Remember,” one of the greatest love stories of all time.
Today, I have been cold all day. It’s not that cold here, comparatively speaking, and yet my hands are like ice, I have been drinking coffee all day, and no matter how many times I think of warm beaches and sunshine, I just can’t seem to get warm.
I need sunshine. I am a plant. Without it, I begin to wilt and fade. And I am already pale, so no sunshine just makes things worse.
I should get up and go for a run. I am just too cold to move, though!
Maybe tomorrow will bring sunshine and warmth.
Cause the memories sure ain’t doin’ it for me today!
