I think once I realized that pain was going to be part of life...I was able to embrace it more fully...life that is, not pain. Realizing that is part of othe package somehow freed me. It was also amazing to realize that saying your sorry, forgiving people, loving people. saying goodbye, craying, being sad, laughing, being honest and real wont make you melt!
