Dogs are our link to paradise. They do not know evil or jealousy or discontent. To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden, where doing nothing was not boring--it was peace. --Milan KunderaSat, 23 Sep 2006 23:37:28 +0000

I bought mine in Borders because I liked the catchy blurb on the back, so imagine my surprise when I found one of his novels at the local Christian bookstore the same day. I had no idea he was a believer. It was a nice surprise.

Ha…what joy absorbing all that great information…my absolute favorite writing books so far have all been put out by Writer’s Digest…have you read Nancy Kress’s stuff? She’s a good one to inspire the pen and ink! ;O)
So you met James Scott Bell. Wow. Great post!
